About Me
Hey there, my names Bauble the fluffy tabby and white girl who is nearly 6 years old. I came to the centre back in December after I had become unhappy in my home and was starting to become aggressive.
I was quite shy when arriving at the centre and would spend my days hidden away but have now become quite a confident lady. I don’t enjoy the staff’s company very much and get quite angry with them when they enter my pen but I have been okay with the handlers when they have come in to see me and even let them sit on the floor near me.
I have been at the centre for a little while now as the vet team weren’t sure why I was becoming aggressive and thought I may be in pain, I have been on medication for a while and seem to have mellowed a little but I do still become very territorial of my space and don’t enjoy any attention at the moment.
I haven’t always been aggressive and my previous owner had had me from a kitten so they do suspect that since moving and having less space I have become aggressive and probably why I’m not doing very well in my pen at the centre. I would love to find a home with lots of space and a big garden for me to explore and would be better suited to no other pets or children and only one or two adults in the home. It was noted that I do prefer men so may be suited to a male only household. I really hope someone will take a chance on me soon as I used to be a lovely friend girl and the staff really hope I will return to that again.
