About Me
Hi! My name is Clancy and I am the black and white female and this is my pal Indigo and she is the long haired brindle girl. I am 1 year old and Indigo is just 8 months.
We came to the centre in February along with 10 other cats as our owner had too many animals and wasn’t allowed to keep us all.
We are both nervous girls who are wary of you currently. Coming from a multi cat household we probably haven’t had much handling, so we just don’t know yet if you humans are nice or not! We are not nasty girls at all and we don’t even really tend to hiss, we just shy away from you! I am a little braver than Indigo and my curiosity gets the better of me so I’ll sniff at your hand if you hold it out. Indigo just wants to keep her distance where she can and try and suss you out. We can both be stroked but we are still getting used to it and it takes a little bit of time to start enjoying it.
We can’t wait to find a forever home, where we can be allowed to settle in and gain our confidence in our own time and at our own pace. Our new owner will need to very patient and calm with us. We can live with other cats but would prefer to live with older or no children.
