About Me
Hi there, my name is Emil and I am that handsome ginger and white boy you can see there and I am nearly 2 years old! I came to the centre in January along with a few other cats as our owner could no longer keep us.
I’m such a crazy boy who loves to play and bolt around my pen like a maniac! I will give you a hiss when you come to see me but don’t let that put you off as I do like a bit of a fuss but I definitely prefer if you’ll play with me. When I’m playing I can get a little excited and give a few love bites but I don’t mean anything nasty by it, I just have so much energy!!
When I had my health check with the vet it was noted that I had a grade 4 heart murmur. I have since had a scan and have been diagnosed with a heart valve defect (mitral valve dysplasia) and am now on medication for this. I am on the centres part foster scheme so anything to do with my defect will be covered by the centre along with my medication. The staff can explain everything in more detail if you are interested in me.
I am looking for a calm forever home where I will have lots of space to explore and lots of new toys to chase. I would prefer to be the only pet in my new home to avoid any extras stress and would be better suited to older children as I can be a bit cheeky.
Will you give me a chance?
