Hello, my name is Tibs and I am that handsome silver Bengal boy and I am 8 years old.
This is my third time at the centre sadly! I came here in November last year originally with my pal as our owner could no longer afford to look after us. We have been rehomed twice and sadly in the home we have just gone to, I managed to get out and was missing for 10 days! I then strolled back in but unfortunately me and my pal weren’t getting on anymore and kept fighting, so here I am back here again!
I am a very sweet boy, but I am a very nervous boy and I like to hide away a lot as it makes me feel safer. But the more I settle in, the more confident I become and then I’ll be sitting out and exploring more. If you sit with me and are patient and slow with me, then I do enjoy some strokes and getting attention. It will take me a little while to settle into my new home probably, but once I gain my confidence, you’ll see what a lovely friendly lad I can be. I love my food as well, so once I know you’re the person who brings it, that will help us to bond.
I am looking for a calm, quiet household with a very patient new owner who will help me to gain my confidence and help me to settle in my new home. I am looking for a home in a quiet area away from busy roads as I do enjoy exploring outside. I would like to be the only pet and live with no children so I can have a relaxed life.
