About Me
Hello! My names Caftan the stunning black cat with bright orange eyes and I am 4 years old and my scruffy friend here is called Camisole and she is nearly 6. We came to the centre back in February as sadly are owners had split up and neither could take us.
We are the best girls ever and have so much love to give, we adore people and will happily get up in your lap for a snuggle and lots of strokes and even love it when you give us a brush.
We have been here at the centre a while now as the staff notice when we arrived that Camisole was struggling a bit with her walking and seemed a bit uncomfortable she was sent for x-rays that her bone was slipping out of her joint so she had to have a few operations to correct this but after months of treatment and cage rest she has finally been given the all okay to go home! Due to our breeding as well we do have a few problems with our eyes so do require daily bathing and eye drops but we are such good girls with them it won’t be any problem in our home. Camisole did also suffer from an ulcer in her eye as well so she will be covered by the centre’s part foster scheme in case this flares up again in the future. Please don’t let any of this put you off of us as we are the sweetest girlies and would really like to find our forever home soon!
We are used to living with dogs and cats in our previous home so would be fine living with them again as long as they were calm and not chase Camisole around. We have never been outside before so would love to find a nice garden to relax in, as Camisole is still getting used to life after surgery we would prefer a calm quiet home where we can relax and settle at our own pace.
