About Me
Hey there, my name is Digsy the pretty fluffy black girl and I’m just over 8 years old.
I came to the centre in October as sadly my owner had passed away.
I’m a very sweet girl but I found centre life very scary to begin with so I didn’t eat for a while! I was checked over by the vet who suspected I may have pancreatitis which I have had medication for and am now starting to eat better and feel better in myself. I now come out for attention when you sit with me and love to have a stroke on the head, I get a bit silly after getting too much attention and can nip to say I have had enough but the staff are hoping once I am more relaxed in a home I will start to calm down and not do this.
I would love to find myself a calm new home with no other pets and no or older children so I can settle in at my own pace and start to build my confidence again. I would ideally love someone who is home a bit more so they can spend time with me as I do eat better and seem happier when people are with me.
