About Me
*Part Foster – Tritrichomonas*
Hiya! My name is KM53-24, the handsome little white and black boy, and here is my sister, KF52-24, the beautiful grey and white fluffy girlie next to me! We are 8 months old!
We arrived at the Centre in May with our mum and the rest of our siblings after someone found us living in a hole under a property and was concerned for our welfare.
We are still slightly nervous because of the difficult start we had in, but we’re getting so brave! I secretly love strokes, especially when it comes to food time! I’m always purring and rubbing round you letting you give me a fuss when I’m eating. My sister is still that little bit more nervous than me but is starting to come round to the idea of a bum scratch at feeding time.
We have been monitored closely at the centre as we have had difficulties with diarrhoea. Much to our disgust, we tried all kinds of medication but in the end, it turns out we had a parasite and we tested positive for Tritrichomonas. We have been successfully treated for this but we will be covered by the center’s Part Foster scheme for 2 years just in case it returns in the future and any treatment/medication we may need will be covered. If you’d like more information on this, the staff will be happy to provide you with some! Read More about Tritrichomonas by following this link: Tritrichomonas Information
We are looking for a home with slightly older children that will understand that we need to settle at our own pace. We’d be happy to live with calm, cat friendly dogs but sadly not cats.
Will you give us a chance?
