About Me
Hi there, my name is Montague the handsome ginger and white boy and I am 2 years old. I came to the centre in April as I wasn’t getting along with the male children in my home and my owners were moving.
After a few months at the centre I am getting braver everyday! I will sat by the door waiting for my food every morning and evening and will give you little meows to let you know I’m hungry! I can still be a little unsure and give a little hiss but I don’t mean anything by it! If you let me sniff you I’ll give your hand a little pat as really I just want to play! Once I trust you I will let you stroke my head but no more than that yet! The staff here think once I’m settled into a new home and trust my new people I will be such a lovely boy! I’m a very playful boy so the staff here think with lots of patience and fun toys I would settle into a home very well! I’m starting to get quite sad still being at the centre so I really hope I find a forever home to call my own soon!
I would love to find a calm home to call my own, my previous owners did mention that I wasn’t very keen on men so would prefer to find a female owner as that’s what I’m most comfortable with. I would like to be the only pet in the home but would be fine living with older female children who were calm and would give me time to come out of my shell.
